First, understand the job.
Guessing at water pressure is like guessing at tire pressure. A simple hose-bib gauge gives you a useful number.
Step by step
Do it in this order.
Find the actual problem
Measure static pressure with all fixtures off.
Make the repair
Measure again while a fixture runs to expose flow restrictions.
Test your work
Inspect the pressure regulator, main valve, and supply piping before blaming individual faucets.
One last check
Dry everything, run the fixture more than once, and look again in ten minutes. A tiny drip now becomes cabinet damage later.
